The following staff positions are available.

Litigation Paralegal
We are looking for a team-oriented litigation paralegal with good writing, reading comprehension, spelling, grammar and organizational skills; attention to detail and proficient in MS Word & Excel; either a proficiency in dictating or willing to develop dictating skills; willing to develop a proficiency in Summation (computerized litigation support software); and a solid understanding of litigation practices and procedures in the areas of products liability and professional liability. Some travel is expected. 

Tax Preparer
We are currently looking for a team-oriented tax preparer. This position requires a Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA Certification-  in process of obtaining - , and experience with tax preparation forms.  Must have good organizational skills, attention to details, experience with Quicken, MSWord and Excel, and excellent communication skills with the ability to deal directly with clients.  Knowledge of Prosystems fx Tax a plus.
