In order to help clients best meet their needs, we are happy to discuss alternative fee arrangements as part of our client service program. Discussing alternative fee structures may help clients understand their options and provide a budgeting framework.
Depending on our clients' situations, we have utilized alternative fee arrangements, including contingency fees, fixed fees, fee caps, monthly retainers, value- or success-based fees, volume discounts, or other alternatives to hourly billing. We realize that it may sometimes be difficult to predict the overall cost of legal services using an hourly fee structure. Custom billing arrangements may provide the flexibility our clients need.
