• Served as regional and coordinating counsel for a multi-national insurer in fen-phen litigation, including state and federal multi-district class actions
• Obtained dismissal of suit against manufacturer arising out of asphalt plant explosion in Northern California
• Obtained dismissal of wrongful death suit against equipment manufacturer arising out of construction accident.
