Chambliss attorney Dan Gilmore presents a one-hour webcast at noon on April 10 as part of the Tennessee Bar Association's CLE course offerings.

Under the current administration, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has been aggressively seeking to promote the relevance of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) in most private workplaces, particularly those with employees who are not in a union.  From addressing the interplay between the NLRA and the new and expanding use of social media, to limiting the rights of employers to head off class actions, to shortening the time before union elections are held, to requiring the posting of employee rights in all covered workplaces as of this end of April, the NLRB will not allow itself to be ignored.  This session will discuss the significant impact these developments will continue to have on most private-sector employers.
