On June 8th, Health Care Litigation Attorney Alix Michel will speak to 26 students from 16 different public and private high schools on "Medicine and the Law: Practice Pointers".
The Forum is designed for high school juniors and seniors to learn more about life as a physician and encourage them to consider a career in medicine. It also provides education and mentoring opportunities for the students and local physicians. The overall goal of the program is to increase the pipeline of health care providers in Southeastern Tennessee.
This is Alix Michel's second year to speak at the Forum.

Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel Real Estate Attorneys will Present to the Chattanooga Association of Realtors (CAR)Jun 30, 2010 Mike St. Charles, Kurt Faires, Rick Hitchcock, and Joy Wilman will teach a course entitled "Recent Developments on Legal Issues Affecting Real Estate Brokers and Agents" to CAR. Wednesday, June 30, 2010 This course will cover recent judicial decisions, as well as legal issues relating to condominiums and freehold licensing fees. This course has been approved by TREC for 2 hours continuing education credit and by GREC for 3 hours continuing education credit.
