Antitrust Agencies Announce New Merger Guidelines

The Federal Trade Commission is seeking comments on a proposed revision of the FTC/Department of Justice “Horizontal Merger Guidelines.”  The Guidelines describe how the agencies analyze mergers under federal antitrust law.
