EEOC Publishes Final ADAAA Regulations and Interpretive Guidance

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has published its final regulations and interpretative guidance to implement the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act of 2008 (ADAAA). The regulations were published in the Federal Register on March 25, 2011, and become effective 60 days from release – May 25, 2011.
