New Georgia Law Creates Greater Enforceability of Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation and Non-Disclosure Agreements

Georgia voters recently approved an amendment to the Georgia Constitution that will make it easier for Georgia employers to draft enforceable restrictive covenants.
