New Regulations Affect Employer Health Plans and Wellness Programs

The Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor, and Treasury published interim final rules (the “Rules”) implementing Title I of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (“GINA” or the “Act”).
