Supreme Court Clarifies When Class Actions Are Appropriate in Discrimination Cases

The U.S. Supreme Court has made it tougher for employees to file class action claims against their employers for discrimination.   The Court’s decision in Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. v. Dukes will have wide-ranging consequences on how federal courts handle future class action claims.
