CHAMBLISS, BAHNER & STOPHEL, P.C. ANNOUNCES ARRIVAL OF THREE NEW ASSOCIATES

November 2003


Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of three new associates.  Ian B.W. Bryan, Justin B. Hosie and Jackson W. Seal joined the firm this Fall.

Bryan joins the firm's litigation practice where he will focus on controversies disputes involving contracts, intellectual property and products liability. Bryan earned his law degree from the University of Virginia and his undergraduate degree from Air Force Academy. Ian also serves part-time as a pilot with the Tennessee Air National Guard.   Prior to joining the firm, he spent ten years on active duty, serving in the Pentagon and piloting B-1 bombers out of South Dakota and the Middle East.

Hosie is a member of the firm's business group, concentrating his practice on commercial transactions, consumer lending, taxation and conflicts of laws.   He received his law degree from Stetson University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky.  Hosie is currently admitted only in Florida and is a member of the American Bar Association. He joins the firm after working for a St. Petersburg, Florida law firm.

Seal joins the firm's taxation and estate planning section, focusing his practice on estate planning, corporate and business planning, elder law, entity formation and exempt organizations.  Seal received his law degree from the University of Tennessee, his L.L.M. degree in taxation from Denver University, and his undergraduate degree from Mercer University. Seal recently returned to Chattanooga from Denver, Colorado. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the Trust Department for Bank of America and then practiced with a private law firm.
