Mirmelstein & North Named Shareholders in Law Firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C.

Jason R. Mirmelstein and Harold L. North, Jr. have become shareholders in the law firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C.

Mirmelstein is a member of the firm's business section and concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law and business organizations. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia and is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Washington. He is a member of the American, Chattanooga, Tennessee and Washington State Bar Associations.

North focuses his practice primarily on civil litigation and bankruptcy.  He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee and his law degree from the University of Memphis, and he is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Tennessee.  He is a Fellow of the Chattanooga Bar Foundation and a member of the American, Chattanooga and Tennessee Bar Associations, the American Association for Justice and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He is a past president of the Chattanooga Bar Association and President-elect of the Rotary Club of Chattanooga.
