Alicia Brown Oliver to Present IP Webcast on October 30

Alicia Brown Oliver will present "Commonly Encountered Copyright and Trademark Issues for Non-IP Lawyers" on October 30 via the Tennessee Bar Association webcasting. This program will cover the basics of copyright and trademark law, including clearance, an overview of the registration process and litigation issues that may arise. This program is for non-specialists and for lawyers who are in charge of intellectual property but don’t practice in the area.
