Rosemarie Bryan and John Critchfield Named Shareholders

Rosemarie L. Bryan and John B. Critchfield have become shareholders in the law firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C.

Ms. Bryan is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Law and Litigation Practice Groups. She serves on the Tennessee Bar Association Litigation Section Executive Council and is President of the Governance Board for the Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy. She is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Antitrust Law and Commercial Litigation) and Mid-South Super Lawyers (Employment Litigation: Defense, Civil Litigation Defense, Antitrust Litigation). Ms. Bryan received her law degree from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Critchfield is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group and focuses his practice on construction, insurance defense and general civil litigation. He is a member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel and Associated General Contractors of East Tennessee. Mr. Critchfield also serves as Program Chair for the Downtown Sertoma Club. He earned his law degree from Samford University.
