Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel Attorney Mike St. Charles Recently Installed as Chair of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors

On August 24, Mike St. Charles, who officially assumed chairmanship of the Board of Directors of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce in July, addressed nearly 1500 attendees at the Chamber's annual meeting at which Governor Bill Haslam was the keynote speaker.
An active member of the community, Mike also serves on the board of Catholic Charities of East Tennessee and the advisory board of Northside Neighborhood House. He chairs the Governmental Affairs Committee of the Chattanooga Manufacturers Association and is a volunteer for United Way of Greater Chattanooga. Mike is President of the Chattanooga Bar Foundation. Before his election as Chair of the Chamber's Board, he served as Chair-elect, a member on the Executive Committee, and as Vice President of Membership.
Mike focuses his practice on business and real estate law, providing advice to businesses on issues ranging from start-up to acquisitions and dispositions, as well as handling real estate acquisition and sales, financing, development, and leasing transactions. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and Mid-South Super Lawyers for real estate law.
