CHAMBLISS, BAHNER & STOPHEL, P.C. ANNOUNCES ARRIVAL
OF NEW ATTORNEY

The law firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is proud to announce the expansion of its Litigation Practice. Daryl J. Brand recently joined the firm. Mr. Brand has over 21 years of experience in litigation and appeals and will focus his practice on the defense of medical malpractice and long term care claims.  Prior to joining to the firm, he lived in Nashville where he served as Associate Solicitor General in the Tennessee Attorney General’s office.

Mr. Brand received his J.D. from Washington & Lee University (1982), his M.A. from Rutgers University (1980) and his A.B. from Lafayette College (1977). Mr. Brand is licensed to practice in Tennessee and New Jersey in state and federal courts and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.  He is a member of the Chattanooga Bar Association.

Mr. Brand lives in Hixson with his wife, Myra Sanderson, and their two children.
