Firm Welcomes Attorney Leslie Stophel Maclellan

Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel is pleased to announce that Leslie Stophel Maclellan has joined the firm.
Based in the firm’s Nashville office, Maclellan will focus her practice on business and health care law. She has experience with both corporate health care and small business clients, advising on general employment and business contract issues, compliance, corporate structuring, and principal capital funding negotiations. She is a member of the Nashville and Tennessee Bar Associations and the National Health Lawyers Association.
Active in the community, Maclellan has served on the boards of directors of The Hermitage and Bethany Christian Services. She has committed a significant portion of time to pro bono work in family law. She lives in Nashville with her husband and four children.
Maclellan earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1988. In 1993, she received her law degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and was associate editor of the Georgetown Law Journal.
