Firm Welcomes New Attorney James L. Catanzaro, Jr.

Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is pleased to announce that James L. Catanzaro, Jr. joins the firm's health care and corporate law sections.
Catanzaro's regional practice, established nearly 20 years ago, will continue to include counseling physicians groups, mental health facilities, hospitals and other health care providers, as well as handling a wide variety of business matters, from contract negotiations to transactional and regulatory issues.
He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Georgia Academy of Health Care Attorneys, and serves as Chair of the Health Care Section of the Chattanooga Bar Association. He has published and presented on topics ranging from Medicare Part D and Health Care Reform to effective governance and board member obligations.
Catanzaro earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Ohio State University and is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia. A native Californian, he moved to the Chattanooga area in 1991. He currently lives on Lookout Mountain with his wife Mary Beth and their two children.
