Litigation Attorney Yousef Hamadeh Participates in TBA's Diversity in Action Program Panel

On July 18, 2011, Yousef Hamadeh, a litigation attorney at Chambliss, Bahner and Stophel, participated in the Diversity in Action Program hosted by the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers Division's Diversity Leadership Institute. The event, which was held in Chattanooga, Tennessee, was designed to inform law students about various aspects of community and pro bono service.

Mr. Hamadeh was part of a panel that addressed several topics, including the importance of engaging in community and legal service, the pro bono/access to justice landscape in Tennessee, as well as the types of pro bono legal services that are available to students.

Other panelists included Brian Frye (Attorney, Chattanooga Legal Aid attorney) Carl Carter (Associate General Counsel, International Paper) The Honorable Camille McMullen (Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, Memphis, Tennessee), and Linda Warren Seely (Director of Private Attorney Involvement & Managing Attorney, Income Maintenance/Seniors, Memphis Area Legal Services).
