Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C., a Chattanooga-based firm, is pleased to announce that Jason R. Mirmelstein recently joined the firm as an associate.

Mirmelstein joins the firm's business practice where he will focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and business organizations. Mirmelstein received his B.A. in 1993 and his J.D. in 1998 from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate in the Seattle office of Preston Gates & Ellis LLP and is currently licensed in Tennessee and Washington.

Mirmelstein resides on Signal Mountain with his wife, Lane Crowder, and daughter Willa.
