Real Estate Attorney Rachel Edwards to Present at BOMA Chapter Meeting on Landlord/Property Manager Liabilities

The Chattanooga chapter of Building Owners and Managers Association International (BOMA) will have its next monthly meeting on July 27, 2011, at the Walden Club.
Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel real estate attorney Rachel Edwards will talk to chapter members about landlord/property manager liabilities.
Ms. Edwards focuses her practice on commercial real estate and property land use, representing sellers, purchasers, and lenders in transactions involving shopping centers, condominiums, and office centers.
