Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is pleased to announce that Elizabeth L. Kirk and H. Blake Sims have joined the firm.

Kirk joins the firm as an associate, practicing in the areas of business law and family law. She received both her law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Tennessee, where she was named Torchbearer, the highest honor bestowed on a student for overall excellence. Kirk is licensed to practice in Tennessee.

Sims rejoins the firm's business section where he will concentrate on consumer finance and regulatory compliance, business organizations and planning, commercial transactions, electronic and Internet transactions, and privacy policies. He received his law degree and MBA from the University of Tennessee and is licensed to practice in both Tennessee and Georgia.
