Tim Gibbons Appointed to Serve on AGC's National Contract Documents Committee

Chattanooga Attorney Tim Gibbons with Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel law firm was recently appointed to serve on The Associated General Contractors of America's national Contract Documents Committee.
AGC's national committees provide an arena to discuss new ideas and formulate legislative policies within the association. ACG committees also provide a forum for discussion of the key construction industry issues.
Tim Gibbons is part of the firm's litigation practice, focusing his practice on commercial law and alternative dispute resolution, with a heavy emphasis on construction law. Mr. Gibbons has handled property disputes including numerous lien law issues. He has also lectured extensively on construction and lien law issues.
