Timothy M. Gibbons Joins the Firm as Shareholder




The law firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. is proud to announce the expansion of its Litigation Practice. Timothy M. Gibbons recently rejoined the firm.  Mr. Gibbons has extensive experience in commercial law and alternative dispute resolution with a heavy emphasis on construction law.

Mr. Gibbons received his undergraduate and masters degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology (B.S., with honors, 1979; M.Arch, 1981; MSIM, 1982) and his law degree from the University of Georgia (J.D., magna cum laude, 1991). Mr. Gibbons is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia in state and federal courts and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Gibbons is a member of the local chapters of the Associated General Contractors and the Georgia Tech Club.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the nonprofit National Center for Youth Issues, a leading provider of character education materials for public and private schools nationwide.
