Paul S. Weidlich has become a shareholder in the Chattanooga-based law firm of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C.
Mr. Weidlich is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group and focuses his practice on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, intellectual property transactions, and related litigation. He is licensed to practice in Tennessee, New York, New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Mr. Weidlich is a member of the American and Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Associations and the Chattanooga and Tennessee Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Downtown Kiwanis Club and the Chattanooga Technology Council. He received his law degree from George Washington University.
Mr. Weidlich lives on Signal Mountain with his wife, Ashley, and their two sons, August and Alex.
