Cathy C. Vercoe
Paralegal
Cathy Vercoe joined the firm 16 years ago. She works for our Business Practice Group, primarily on the organization and formation of entities, including corporations and limited liability companies.
Ms. Vercoe previously worked for an arbitration and mediation sole practioner and then for the Federal Court Clerk's office. Prior to that, she worked in the banking industry as a commercial loan assistant.
