- Represented an equipment manufacturing company in a $1 million acquisition of assets related to a specific product line
- Represented a consumer goods company in a $3.5 million purchase of a competitor's assets
- Represented a real estate development fund in connection with its $10 million private placement of securities
- Advised a large privately-held company on matters related to its self-insured health plan and various other regulatory compliance issues
