Daniel B. Gilmore
Contract Attorney
Dan Gilmore practices in labor and employment law, providing advice and counsel on a wide variety of topics, ranging from workplace policy development and implementation to union avoidance.
Mr. Gilmore is an adjunct faculty member of The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga's College of Business Administration, where he will teach Union-Management Relations.
He has published numerous articles on a range of labor and employment law topics and gives frequent presentations to professional and civic organizations, including:
