David J. Hill
Shareholder
David Hill leads the firm's Intellectual Property Law Practice Group, which handles all types of matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. Mr. Hill is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the United States Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit. He has represented clients in matters relating to:

- Asphalt paving and milling machines, and their components
