Donna H. Burns
Human Resources Director
Donna Burns oversees the firm’s Human Resources division, managing recruiting, staffing and training for all permanent and temporary positions, initiating and implementing all firm policies and supervising a wide variety of related matters. Ms. Burns joined the firm in 2007 with 12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management. She has held positions as the HR Director at Siskin Children's Institute and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Cigna HealthCare.
Ms. Burns has more than 15 years experience in training development and delivery and worked directly with community service programs sponsored by The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga to enhance career development for disadvantaged populations.
She is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
