Douglas S. Griswold
Associate
Doug Griswold is a member of the firm's Business Practice Group, concentrating his practice on corporate law, health law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate law. As part of his health care practice, Doug works with health care clients on HIPAA, fraud and abuse, regulatory compliance, certificates of need, as well as other health care-related matters.
