F. Laurens (Larry) Brock

Shareholder

Larry Brock practices in the areas of arbitration, business litigation, class action, hospital liability, elder services/long-term care litigation, manufacturer's risk prevention, excess liability, premise liability, product liability, professional liability, and trucking and tort litigation. Practicing throughout the United States, he has served as national and regional counsel in both product liability and healthcare litigation. For example, he has served as national counsel for a manufacturer of consumer safety equipment and serves as coordinating counsel in a multi-state region for product litigation including Baycol, Fen-Phen, Fentanyl, Oxycontin, Propulsid, Rezulin, Seroquel and Vioxx.

Active in the community, Larry spearheaded the firm's initiative to bring the Street Law Corporate Diversity Program to Chattanooga.  He is a frequent presenter before national audiences and industry groups, and most recently he was invited to speak on the topic of preparing and defeating the punitive damages claim.  Some of his other presentations include:
