Gary D. Lander
Contract Attorney
Gary Lander is a member of the firm's litigation section with his practice concentration in the areas of general litigation, ERISA litigation, insurance coverage litigation, real estate disputes, and state and local government law, including real property taxation, zoning, and education of children with disabilities. He has several years of experience with state and local taxation, administrative hearings, municipal corporation law, zoning and planning, and limited environmental law.
From 1971 to 1984, he served as assistant to the Chattanooga City Attorney and is familiar with all state and local city regulatory zoning and planning matters.
