Gregory D. Willett
Shareholder
Greg Willett heads the firm’s Taxation & Estate Preservation Group, concentrating his practice in estate planning, probate and estate administration, and estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxation. He is a frequent presenter on estate planning topics and is the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Planning and Drafting Wills and Trusts.
Greg is an active board member for Southern Adventist University and has served for ten years as an adjunct professor for their School of Business and Management.
Representative Matters
- Represented a diverse client-base in the preparation and implementation of estate plans and wealth transfer strategies ranging from simple wills and trusts to mulitgenerational estate and tax planning
- Handled contested and uncontested estate and trust administration matters including the filing of estate tax returns
- Worked with client's existing tax and investment advisors to develop a coordinated approach to estate planning
- Lectures frequently in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate administration, and charitable planning.
