Gregory D. Willett
Shareholder
Greg Willett heads the firm’s Taxation & Estate Preservation Group, concentrating his practice in estate planning, probate and estate administration, and estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxation. He is a frequent presenter on estate planning topics.
Representative Matters
- Represented a diverse client-base in the preparation and implementation of estate plans and wealth transfer strategies ranging from simple wills and trusts to mulitgenerational estate and tax planning
- Handled contested and uncontested estate and trust administration matters including the filing of estate tax returns
- Worked with client's existing tax and investment advisors to develop a coordinated approach to estate planning
- Lectures frequently in the areas of estate planning, probate, estate administration, and charitable planning.
