J. Nelson Irvine

Shareholder

Nelson Irvine practices in the areas of corporate and business organizations, partnerships and limited liability companies; corporate and business planning, with a concentration on private and family owned business; mergers and acquisitions; and corporate governance and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Irvine is the author of various articles, published forms and regularly presents seminars.

He was recently honored by the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga with the William D. Pettway Jr. Memorial Leadership Award, given to board members who “exemplify leadership and dedication.”  He also serves on the boards of Reflection Riding and the Chattanooga Symphony & Opera Association.
