John B. Critchfield
Associate
John Critchfield is a member of both the firm's Litigation and Labor and Employment Law Groups, concentrating his practice on general civil litigation, construction law, insurance defense, workers' compensation, unemployment, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, employee handbooks, and contracts.
He has handled a variety of construction matters including payment disputes, warranty issues, and issues arising out of design and construction defects. He is a member of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel.
