John G. Jackson
Shareholder
John Jackson is a trial lawyer in the firm's litigation and intellectual property sections who concentrates his practice on business litigation, intellectual property litigation, products liability and insurance defense. As lead trial counsel and as a part of CB&S's litigation team, he has litigated a number of trademark, copyright, patent, product liability, and business litigation cases in courts throughout the United States.
He has also served as a special judge of the Hamilton County Juvenile Court. Mr. Jackson regularly volunteers his time as a pro bono attorney, including through Legal Aid of East Tennessee and the Hamilton County Juvenile Court.
