Joy L. Dixon
Associate
Joy Dixon is a member of the firm's business and commercial real estate sections, concentrating her practice in corporate law, business and commercial transactions, automotive and manufacturing law, and commercial real estate.
Joy assists clients with all aspects of commercial transactions, including contracts for the sale of goods and services. Joy has drafted and negotiated commercial transaction documents, such as purchase orders, terms and conditions, specifications, proposals, and nomination and cancellation letters, with regard to the purchase and sale of inventory, parts, components, equipment, software and services, including utilities, construction, engineering and installation services. She works with clients in production and non-production supplier relationships for short-term, long-term and turn-key operations.
Joy also works on a variety of other business matters, including organization, planning and financing, and assists clients with their commercial real estate needs with regard to development, leasing, purchasing, selling and other management or investment needs.
