Leslie Stophel Maclellan
Of Counsel
Leslie Maclellan is a member of the firm’s Business and Health Care Practice Groups. She advises privately owned and family business clients on general employment and business contract issues, compliance, corporate structuring, and transactions. In addition, Ms. Maclellan has represented companies with the private placements of securities and other capital raising transactions. Her practice also focuses on advising non-profit corporations including public charities, private foundations, churches, schools and other exempt organizations.
Ms. Maclellan has committed a significant portion of time to pro bono work in the area of domestic and international adoptions.
