Linda K. Higgins
Paralegal
Linda Higgins works for the Litigation Section in the areas of business litigation, patent and trademark infringement, insurance defense, professional liability, product liability and other general litigation.
Ms. Higgins began her legal career in 1981 in a small law firm, gaining experience in a variety of areas including personal injury, product liability, criminal law, bankruptcy, domestic relations/family law, probate, personal injury, real estate, workers compensation and general litigation. She joined the Litigation Section of Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel in 1990.
