Mark Turner
Shareholder
Mr. Turner heads the Business Practice Group and concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial real estate, commercial loans, acquisitions, and general business law. He routinely represents banks and mezzanine lenders on lending transactions with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate deals. He has also represented both sellers and purchasers in acquisitions including hospitals, nursing home chains, manufacturers, mining companies and other entities.
