Michael N. St. Charles
Shareholder
Mike St. Charles focuses his practice in the real estate and business areas. His real estate practice includes acquisition and sales, financing, development, and leasing transactions. He is experienced in handling the development of residential, commercial, and mixed use developments, including condominium projects. Mike is a regular presenter on a variety of real estate topics to trade and professional associations.
His business practice involves providing advice to businesses on issues ranging from start-up to acquisitions and dispositions. His recent business transactions include capital equipment purchasing, joint ventures, mergers, sales, financing, and private equity.
