Rick Hudson is a member of the firm’s Business Practice Group, focusing his practice on business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate acquisitions and financing. He regularly represents clients in matters related to commercial leases for offices, malls, strip centers, and big box retailers.

- Represented purchaser in the acquisition and financing of $50 million convenience store business
- Represent purchasers, sellers and developers of office buildings, retail centers, industrial sites, apartment complexes, residential subdivisions, and vacant land
- Represent hotel owners and developers in land acquisition, development incentives, construction financing, and franchising agreements
