Richard T. Hudson

Rick Hudson is a member of the firm’s Business Group, focusing his practice on business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate acquisitions and financing. Mr. Hudson has several years of experience dealing specifically with commercial leases relating to offices, malls, strip centers, and big box retailers.

- Represent purchasers, sellers and developers of office buildings, retail centers, industrial sites, apartment complexes, residential subdivisions, and vacant land
- Represent hotel owners and developers in land acquisition, development incentives, construction financing, and franchising agreements
- Represent business owners in the acquisition and disposition
