T. Ryan Malone
Associate
Ryan Malone is an associate in the firm’s litigation group, concentrating his practice on product liability, long term care defense, medical malpractice, and general litigation. While his practice involves all aspects of litigation defense, Mr. Malone focuses on punitive damages jurisprudence, ADR Agreement enforceability, and the Quality Assurance privilege.
Mr. Malone presented a seminar regarding application of Tennessee Health Care Decisions Act in the long-term care setting at a TNAHSA District Meeting and spoke on the use of the Quality Assurance privilege at the T.H.C.A. Annual Convention. He also twice represented the Tennessee Health Care Association in seminal nursing home suits before the Tennessee Supreme Court.
