W. Lee Maddux
Shareholder
Mr. Maddux’s practice focuses on litigation involving professional liability, product liability, personal injury, health care, long-term care, and business disputes. In the last 12 months, he has handled cases in the areas of long term care, product liability, medical malpractice, and education law.
Mr. Maddux has also served as special counsel for the City of Chattanooga and was active in the revitalization of the Tennessee Council of School Board Attorneys.
