William P. Aiken

Shareholder

Bill Aiken is a member of the firm's business section, focusing his practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, health care, and commercial and business transactions.

Mr. Aiken has advised numerous private and public entities and individuals in various types of business matters, including initial organization and planning, equity and debt financing, purchases and sales of stock and assets, mergers and contract negotiations.  

Bill has represented health care organizations, including private and faculty physician groups, management companies, nursing and assisted care facilities, and hospitals. He has advised these entities in connection with various health care matters, including formation and structure, joint ventures, acquisitions, Stark, fraud and abuse, HIPAA and Medicare.
