Yousef A. Hamadeh
Associate
Yousef Hamadeh is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group and has an active trial practice in a wide array of litigation matters, with particular emphasis on product liability defense, complex commercial claims, and manufacturers' risk prevention. He is also engaged in insurance defense, media law, patent litigation, and bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
Mr. Hamadeh joined Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. in 2006. During his career, he has represented clients in multiple jurisdictions, including Tennessee, Georgia, Mississippi, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, New York and Ohio, and has been involved in the handling of cases in Canada. He has served as associate trial counsel in trials in Tennessee, Kentucky, and most recently in Manhattan, New York in which the jury returned a verdict in favor of an international manufacturing client.
